As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I am dedicated to supporting you in your transformation towards mental health, balance & wellbeing in all areas of life (Mental/Emotional, Physical and Spiritual) allowing you to experience what it means to be fully and truly WELL – Wonderfully Energetic & Loving Life!
I use a unique Wellness Framework to assess your Health on a Holistic level for dis-ease & imbalances, & work with you to restore you to full health, harmony & wholeness. I specialise in process/ behavioural addictions, which can present themselves in the form of co-dependency, sex and love addiction, eating disorders, exercise addiction, workaholism, shopping, gambling and gaming addictions.
Before working as a Recovery & Wellness Coach, I spent 20 years working in the Health & Fitness Industry, and supported my clients in improving their physical health, well-being and quality of life. I have always had a passion for helping people to set goals and not only achieve but surpass them.
I have studied Coaching, NLP, Personal Training, Mindfulness, Counselling and Leadership, DBT, CBT, Buddhist, Kabbalah & various other Health & Wellness Modalities. I enjoy being in nature, practicing yoga & meditation, healthy eating and spending time with friends, family, my daughter & my fur-baby. I am the Owner & Director of WellCoach Holistic Wellness Solutions which was founded in 2009.
