MEET ROBYN

Robyn is a passionate Holistic Wellness Coach and founder of WellCoach Holistic Wellness Solutions, dedicated to guiding individuals toward vibrant health, balance, and wholehearted living. With a compassionate and integrative approach, Robyn helps clients thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—so they can feel truly WELL: Wonderfully Energetic & Loving Life.

With over two decades of experience in the Health & Wellness Industry, Robyn brings deep knowledge of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle optimization, along with extensive training in Coaching, NLP, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and more. She offers a unique holistic framework to help restore health, harmony, balance and connection. 

 

Having previously specialized in process and behavioral addictions—including co-dependency, love addiction, eating disorders, and workaholism— Robyn now offers Menopause-focused coaching, with a keen interest in recovery and relapse prevention during menopause. She supports women navigating midlife transformation, a time often overlooked yet rich with opportunity for healing and renewal.

When she’s not coaching, Robyn is involved in Fundraising, facilitating Women's Circles, hosting Wellness Retreats and loves spending time in water, practicing yoga, meeting new people, and enjoying life with her daughter, her fur-baby, and her close-knit community.
